Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between Originals and Prints?

Originals are one-of-a-kind acrylic paintings on canvas. Prints are high-quality reproductions on museum-grade fine art paper, available in multiple sizes.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated times will be provided at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, I can ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

Firstly, we’re sorry to hear this. We do as much as we can to ensure prints arrive in pristine condition, however unfortunately some do get damaged in transport. In this instance, please send us a photo of the damaged tube and/or print(s) to artbyjaid@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue.

Why doesn’t my artwork look perfectly smooth or uniform?

That’s the beauty of art, it isn’t meant to be perfect. Even as prints, these pieces still hold the character and texture of the original artwork. Lines may not be perfectly straight, shapes may feel slightly organic, and details may vary depending on lighting, paper texture, or the space they’re displayed in. These aren’t flaws, they’re part of what makes the artwork feel human, expressive, and alive. I embrace imperfection in my work, and I hope you will too.

How should I care for my artwork?

My prints are not varnished or sprayed, so while they are smudge and water-resistant, they should be handled like an original watercolour or pastel. For best results, I recommend framing your prints under glass and displaying them away from direct sunlight to preserve their beauty for years to come.
