At Jaid Bracken, we take great care to ensure your fine art prints arrive safely and in perfect condition. All prints are produced and fulfilled by our trusted print partner and shipped directly to you.

Order Processing

  • Print-only orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation
  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)

Shipping Times

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method
  • Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at checkout
  • Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates

International Shipping

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging

All prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition:

  • Secure wrapping to prevent damage
  • Durable, protective materials used
  • Prints are shipped either flat or rolled depending on size

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier issues
  • High shipping volumes
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

These delays are outside of our control.
