Refund policy

At Jaid Bracken, each print is made to order, so we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. However, we will always make things right if your order arrives damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your print arrives damaged or faulty, we’re here to help.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • The damaged print
    • The packaging it arrived in

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns for Damaged Items

  • In some cases, you may be required to return the damaged item
  • If a return is required, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details
  • Minor variations in colour due to screen differences
